Almost 3,000 exhibitors (coming from around 40 countries) are attending the 28th edition of CHINAPLAS, just opened today in Shanghai.
More than 120,000 net square meters are occupied but they could have been 30% more at least, if the whole space of SNIEC had not already been completely used (including the great square in which 13 temporary structures and 6 “exhibition suite” were set up as small halls of the main sponsor of the exhibition, as Bayer, Dow etc.).
120,000 visitors are expected, 25% of which coming from abroad: the turnout in the halls, during this first day of exhibition, is considerable.
ASSOCOMAPLAST is coordinating the Italian pavilion, grouping 53 exhibitors on more than 1,700 net square meters.
