A study commissioned by EUROMAP, the umbrella Association of European plastics and rubber machinery manufacturers, which ASSOCOMAPLAST joins, shows that the amount of energy saved by using suitable and advanced solutions in the manufacturing is equal to the annual electricity consumption of a big city like Hamburg.
On Monday June 6 in Puebla, capital of the same Mexican State, the opening ceremony of the plastics materials Training Center (located inside the private UPAEP University) took place. It has been realized by ICE and ASSOCOMAPLAST with the Italian Economic Development Ministry founds in cooperation with UPAEP.

The 25th edition of Chinaplas (Guangzhou/Canton, May 17-20, 2011) will be attended by 36 Italian companies joining the collective coordinated by ASSOCOMAPLAST. The official catalogue of the Italian pavilion has already been spread among the potential Chinese visitors.
The 13th edition of BRASILPLAST (São Paulo, May 9-13, 2011) will be attended by 45 Italian companies, of whom 35 are ASSOCOMAPLAST Members, as part of the collective exhibition organized by the Italian Trade Commission with the cooperation of ASSOCOMAPLAST.

Several hundred exhibitors worldwide have already sent their application to PLAST 2012, international exhibition for the plastics and rubber industries, to be held in FIERA MILANO, from Tuesday May 8 to Saturday May 12, 2012.
Within the international Congress for the rubber industry, organized by China Rubber Industry Association (CRIA), among tens of technical speeches two Italian presentations are scheduled in the panel, as proposed by CRIA to ASSOCOMAPLAST.
The latest survey carried out by ASSOCOMAPLAST among its Members reveals the moderate optimism - already recorded one month ago - as for order collection, which trend has been growing both in comparison with last January and the same month in 2010.
