The 36th edition of CHINAPLAS - the most important trade exhibition not only in the Asian world but globally - opened yesterday. While waiting for official data from organizer ADSALE, it is in any case to be expected that the net exhibiting area will be equal to that of K, if not even larger.
On the first day, 93,241 entries were recorded, about 50% more than last year's edition which, however, was held in Shenzhen and was limited to Chinese visitors due to the still in-force restrictions.
Moreover, according to the organizers, preregistrations have recorded a +25% increase compared to the previous 2018 edition in Shanghai (pre-Covid period).
The fair has thus opened under the best auspices. In the coming days it will be possible to have a more precise picture.
About 50 Italian companies are attending the show through the national pavilion coordinated by AMAPLAST in Hall 2.1, covering an approximate area of 1,600 m2.
On behalf of our Association, the managing director Mario Maggiani, the colleague Matteo de Molli Morandi and the local partner Kang Guoqing are on site at AMAPLAST stand B62.
We invite all our Members as well as the plastics and rubber operators in general to pay a visit at our booth and taste our Italian buffet and coffee, available for visitors, Italian exhibitors and their customers/agents.
