The second edition of CPLAS show opened on September 22nd in the Chongqing Yuelai Exhibition City, concurrent with other events devoted to measurement equipment, plants for oil industry, other technologies for the manufacturing sector etc. 70 exhibitors, mainly Chinese injection moulding machines manufacturers, occupied two halls. The visitors' turnout during the first two days of the show was quite poor, being most of them not directly involved in the plastics industry. ASSOCOMAPLAST is attending CPLAS with an information booth offered by the China Plastic Machinery Industry Association, that also sponsored a conference giving our Association the chance to present the Italian plastics and rubber processing machinery industry.
