The 28th edition of PLASTICS & RUBBER INDONESIA (November 18/21) has started today in Jakarta, concurrent with MOULD & DIE, DRINKTECH and PLASPAK.

Over 600 exhibitors (direct and represented) are listed in the official catalogue and about 450 of them are exhibiting in the two halls devoted to PLASTICS & RUBBER and the remaining 150 are hosted in the hall devoted to packaging industry and beverage technologies, even if - in some cases - the distinction is not so clear.

Visitors flow through the exhibition halls seemed quite significant during this first day of exhibition, which has also recorded the presence of some small foreign delegations.

The first comments collected by Italian exhibitors show an atmosphere of optimistic expectation as they consider Indonesia a market in strong growth - even if not always constant during the last few years - especially as regards the segment of flexible packaging.

On behalf of ASSOCOMAPLAST – that is exhibiting in Hall A stand n. 3440 within the Italian pavilion managed by the Italian agent of the show, grouping a dozen of exhibitors – Stefania Arioli is on site.

Our Members and operators of the sector that will attend such event are invited to pay a visit.
